My House Looks Like a Flower Shop

When I started this blog, I thought it would act as a place where I could electronically file my many magazine clippings of inspirational spaces and products. I felt like I had finally found a place and a reason for my years of mad magazine collecting and page tearing (which made me feel a little less silly for my obsessive buying, reading and filing). So I started my blog and figured I'd see where it took me. Strangely enough it reawakened my passion for flowers, colour and fashion and for admiring talented creative people (I would otherwise never have discovered). I was beyond delighted when withing a few months, blogs that inspired me knew that I existed. Now I can't put down the camera, I style everything within sight and I notice everything around me. I had a dinner party last night to celebrate friendship and food and show my appreciation for their support and inspiration respectively.

I love this post. I just started my blog a few months ago, and as I continue with it, my own reasons for blogging are growing and changing, especially as I discover blogs (like yours!) that inspire me. I had no idea when I started this how much it would affect the way I see the world, the way I move through my days, and the way I feel about the creative process. Thanks for this lovely and inspiring post.

Your excitement and passion for beauty come through so clearly here, and the obsessive (in the very best way) picture taking is what keeps me coming back for more.
