Breakfast Cereal : 2 Week Challenge

A health start to the day. My younger sister said she wanted someone to do the Special K challenge - I found Bran Plus in the supermarché, so that's what I'm using. I'm normally not a breakfast person, but every morning for the next two weeks I plan to eat this cereal to see if I 'feel the difference' by the end of it. Hmm, surely a hot cross bun on a Sunday doesn't count...
Morning tea: coffee at ham with my big sister. We take away a smoked salmon sandwich for mamma and a mini lemon tart for pappa.

The cereal looks delicious + the photos are also very cool. What camera do you use?

cereal is the greatest and is more than just a breakfast item. it can be had at all times and places.

Hope you're having a lovely weekend. And now I want some cereal...

i love breakfast. i find my morning tastes shift with the seasons...warming breads, eggs, vegetables in the colder months and yummy cereals in the warmer months. i'll be interested to see if you begin to love breakfast as well:)

Having breakfast will change your life. Having fruit in your cereal will change your life even more. When I have breakfast I am less cranky and more positive! When I have breakfast with fruit I lose weight and my skin looks glorious! My favorite is banana and blueberries in the blueberry Special K.

Mmm the cereal looks yummy.
It's all the fruit...I'm not a fan of cereal and 'cause of that I tend to opt for skipping breakfast.

Oh, the coffee looks even better <3

You have a lovely blog.

Marie-Eve, in this case, I am happy to report - yes, it was! I've had some dissapointing ones in my time and this wasn't one of them.
