I am loving my Easter long weekend routine. The day starts with a sleep in, a walk along the beach, a large coffee and a hot cross bun, some baking and lunching and dining with the family. This Easter Sunday was no different, except Mum set the table and baked the lamb & pumpkin and I did the salads. An Easter egg hunt took place in the garden between mains and dessert with the little ones too enchanted for day sleeps and a lazy dinner of Thai takeaway.

oh i saw a recipe for fried squash flowers... i want to try it the more i see them. it looks like you had a lovely Easter.
