I Can't Find Anywhere for Less Than a Million Dollars

Hmm, started the rental hunt this morning...along with all the other hungry home hounds competing for average spaces at enormous prices. This little 2br apartment in Bronte sold for almost a million dollars so renting it is for now.

eeek! gorgeous little pad though. damn those banks and the nasty interest rate rises?! good luck with the hunt. i can't afford to live in my city either. the Husband is looking for a job in your city, god help us if it comes up as I most definitely can't afford to live in yours ...

Oh, that apartment is just divine - Bronte's my favourite spot in Sydney. Think I'll need to keep dreaming (and saving) for now, though!
