Up North

Sorry these pics are dull, but so was the weather - we were freezing up north and the wind and rain were unrelenting. We found some really cute shops and cafes though.
Byron - Bay Leaf for coffee and some gorgeous fashion and homewares stores and great seafood spaghetti at Fish Heads.
Newrybar - Tiny town with tiny petrol station general store/bottle shop, cool mens clothing store, amazing food at Harvest and gorgeous second hand goods at Country House
Bangalow - The Town Cafe for lunch and coffee (I think it used to be Ate) and One Fine Day (pic 6) in Station St
Gold Coast - Vintage Espresso (pic 5) for coffee and great sandwiches
Brunswick Heads - The Pantry (pic 2) for adorable dusty rose velvet seating and good coffee and the Fabulous Mr Fox (pic 4) for fascinating goods.

All other pics are of inside the cottage at Byron View Farm.

we're going in July for my nephews birthday - thanks for the tips! (I hope I can get kitchenware home safely on the plane...)
