Merino Baby invited me to try some of their gorgeous products I couldn't wait to pop them on Piper. I like the classic colours and the fact that the wool is so fine and soft on her skin and you can just throw them in the wash and they come out good as new.
The lovely thing about wool is that its warm in winter and cool in summer and because the fabric is breathable the bubs won't overheat in her sleep suit at night or when she's running around at kindy during the day.
14 month old Piper road tested the navy dress and short sleeves bodysuit in grey/navy (both in 18-24 months), both of which she models above (bless her little heart) and the single layer sleeping bag in grey (12-24 months). It's hard to pick a favourite but I think it's the body suit because its so soft and not too tight so still looks good tucked into shorts. I've also had trouble finding a sleep suit in a size long enough for her (Piper hates sleeping under covers) so I was excited this one came our way.
These would make a beautiful gift for overseas friends are they are made from 100% Australian wool and they have a subtle little embroidered kangaroo on every item.
