Not A Recipe

I was itching to make these apricot & orange bran muffins, but they were just too 'healthy' tasting (and that's coming from someone that likes dense, wholesome, uncake-like cardboardy muffins). They were great straight out of the oven, but the texture changed when they cooled, so even though the recipe didn't make the Urban Nectar cut, I thought I'd share the pics here. p.s. this little critter didn't seem to mind them.
