Baby Snuggling

Hi busy bees, how were your weekends? I did lots of baby sitting/snuggling of my nieces and nephews. I spent Saturday night with the little princess asleep on my chest.

Hunger for Adventure

I told Mr this savings plan is not for me. I need adventure. Otherwise what's the point? So I'm dreaming about Paris again, but to be honest I'd settle for Melbourne, or Darwin, Perth, Tasmania or Ayers Rock...These pics are the from the trip I took with mum in September 2009. A cupcake and tea at Hummingbird Bakery on Portobello Road in London in and the roses in the breakfast room of our hotel in Paris. Hmm, I can smell them form here.

Super Size It

I took these pics back in August 2009. The window of The Corner Shop in Paddington featuring a huge flower photo by George Seper (if memory serves) hung with bulldog clips. I'd love to see one of my flower pics blown up to this size! and I'd love an entry to my house like this one in home town Surry Hills.

Meet Mr

Mr went to coffee on the weekend and by the time he returned I'd stuck up a 'love wall' of the cards we had given each other over the past year.

Mango Tango Summer

It's sooo hot here. We walk home dripping with sweat and swim in the pool til dark. Hello summer. Hello gelato. Hello Gelatissmo. Hellooo Mango Tango! The flavours are only here til end of Feb so get tasting and choose your mango tangoed with nutella ripple, coconut, berry, yoghurt, passionfruit sorbet or lime. Mr and I finished off our take-home pack tonight so it's back to the top of tomorrow's shopping list.

Tutu

I am totally obsessed with this apricot ballet tutu from American Apparel. I try it on every morning before work and miss it all day. I wore it Woolworths to do the shopping last Saturday.

Those layers of ruffles are gorgeous and I can't bear to hang it up in the cupboard, I like to keep it on show at all times. It's not unlike the unfurling leaves and layers of this perfect rose from mum's garden. Happy.
